You can have spacing in your path name, but be sure to enclose the entire path with quotes. \\server\path-to-reg-file\Whatever.reg: The path and file name of the reg file that you exported earlier. f forces an overwrite of the file if it already exists. c copies the following file to the remote computer. Passing regedit via command line allows you to import the reg file that follows.
Regedit: This tells psexec what it needs to do. I use a specifically created domain admin account for this purpose.
